Preliminary Information Form
1. SUBJECT
The purpose of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the BUYER, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the distance sales agreement to be concluded with the SELLER.
The BUYER acknowledges that, prior to confirming the order, they have read, understood, and electronically approved all the information provided in this form.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are fully informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.
5.2 – Pricing Errors
In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error caused by a system malfunction, the SELLER reserves the right to:
• Cancel the order, or
• Proceed with the order at the correct price
after informing the BUYER.
5.3 – Regional Sales and Usage
The SELLER reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to certain regions or countries.
If the BUYER misrepresents their location (e.g., by using VPN or similar tools), the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order.
5.4 – DELIVERY
The product subject to the order shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period, not exceeding 30 days.
• Delivery to the specified address shall be deemed delivery to the BUYER
• The BUYER is responsible for any damages arising from failure to accept the delivery
5.5 – PRODUCT INSPECTION
The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery.
• Damaged or incomplete packages should not be accepted
• A report should be issued with the courier when necessary
Otherwise, the product shall be deemed delivered in full and in proper condition.
5.6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Limited edition or special collection items
5.7 – RETURN CONDITIONS
Within the scope of the right of withdrawal:
• The product must be returned within 14 days
• The product must be unused and in resalable condition
• The original packaging and accessories must be complete
During the return process:
• The BUYER is responsible for any damage occurring until the product reaches the SELLER
• Returns are evaluated in accordance with the Alurée Paris Return Policy
5.8 – SECURITY TAG
Alurée Paris products are delivered with a security ribbon/tag indicating that the product has not been used.
• If this ribbon/tag is removed, cut, or damaged, the return will not be accepted
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of disputes arising from this form or the related agreement:
• Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction within the legally defined monetary limits
• Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding such limits
7. CONFIRMATION
The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed of all matters included in this Preliminary Information Form, that they have approved it electronically, and that by confirming the order, they accept to be under an obligation to pay.
