Return & Refund Policy
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Customers who place orders electronically through the Alurée Paris website are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented prior to purchase.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days, provided that this period is not exceeded. If delivery does not occur within this timeframe, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
The product must be delivered in full compliance with the specifications stated in the order, complete and, where applicable, together with relevant documentation.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
• Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
• In case of delays caused by force majeure, the BUYER will be informed.
• In such cases, the BUYER has the right to:
• Cancel the order
• Request a replacement with a similar product
• Request a postponement of delivery
PAYMENT & ORDER CONDITIONS
If the BUYER fails to complete the payment or cancels the transaction through bank records, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
If it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been used unlawfully and the relevant bank or financial institution does not transfer the payment to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product.
In such case, the return must be made without undue delay following notification, and shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT
The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product before accepting delivery.
• Damaged, crushed, or compromised packages must not be accepted
• Products accepted are deemed to be delivered in proper and undamaged condition
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
• The product must be unused
• It must be returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged
• It must be returned together with the invoice
The product may be tried on, but must not be used.

RETURN PROCESS
• The BUYER is obliged to send the product back to the SELLER within 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification.
• For faster processing, it is recommended to ship the product within 7 days.
• Once the product is received by the SELLER, the refund process will be initiated within 14 days.
Return procedure:
• The product undergoes a quality control process upon arrival
• Compliance with return conditions is evaluated
• Upon approval, the refund is processed via the original payment method
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on the processing time of banks.
SECURITY RIBBON (RETURN CONDITION)
All Alurée Paris products are delivered with a special security ribbon seal designed to ensure that the product has not been used and remains eligible for return.
• This ribbon serves as an indicator of return eligibility
• If the ribbon is removed, cut, detached, or damaged, the product will no longer be eligible for return
For a return to be accepted:
• The security ribbon must remain attached in its original condition
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
Alurée Paris reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS
• For returns under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER
• For defective or faulty products, shipping costs are covered by the SELLER
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products made to special order
• Used or damaged items
• Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
CAMPAIGNS & DISCOUNTS
• If the total order amount falls below the campaign threshold after a return, the applied discount will be canceled
• Return and exchange conditions may vary for limited edition or special collection item.
DEFAULT (DELAY IN PAYMENT)
If the BUYER defaults on payment made via credit card, the terms of the agreement between the BUYER and the issuing bank shall apply. The BUYER accepts responsibility for any legal consequences arising from such default.
